Ohio Congressional House Testimony: Ohio House Bills 322 and 327 restrict teaching certain concepts in K-12 classrooms and primarily target public schools and state agencies. The bills prohibit entities from discussing current events and prohibit the teaching of the following topics: race, sex, slavery, and bias. This is my testimony to the Ohio Congress opposing these bills. The internal and broader communities expressed questions and concerns regarding Critical Race Theory and House Bills 322 and 327. I developed this White Paper to provide clarity.
